I do screen my calls. I'm at work currently and saw the call come through from a California number. I rejected the call and then later noticed I had a voicemail, so I listened to it. I wont call back, I know now its a scam. Even if there were charges being pressed against me, I would not receive a call informing me of such charges from what I understand.
