Hi Everyone, We have one 30 day late on our closed Best Buy account and one 30 day late on our open Chase Credit card account. Has anyone had success GW"ing Best Buy or Chase 30 day lates? If so, would you mind sharing the email addresses with me? Thank you!!!!!!

My BestBuy account was sold to HSBC with 3-30 day lates.  HSBC removed them with a GW letter.

Chase was nearly Impossible to even speak with about a gw. I pretty sure they even banned me from their ATMs as in I seriously cannot get money out of them with my visa boa debit car but my husband who has the same card can....and I've tried more than chase ATM and I've had the card replaced. I think when they hold a grudge they hold tightly.

I had success with Kohl's sending an gw letter via email.  Baddies are already gone from Experian!
