Any Idea Where My Scores Could Go?

Many here have been so helpful through my credit rebuilding.  Thanks again to all!

I am hoping to get the opinion of those here who have been through ugly times similar to mine what I might be able to expect score wise over the next one to two years.  I absolutely understand that every profile is different and there are no absolutes, however I am just hoping to get a general idea of what could happen, based on the bucket that I am likely in at the moment.

Two years ago my scores were in the 515-525 range because of a foreclosure, having to settle on a credit card debt and having very high UTIL.  Since then, my wife and I have worked VERY hard to turn the ship around.  We have not been able to get anything removed, however in the last two years we have made sure EVERYTHING is paid on time and have brought UTIL down to about 2% or a bit less.  By doing this, we have brought our scores to what you see below (697-717 on the Myfico 08 models.  Not bad at all with all that we went through.

I am certain that the FICO God's have me in a bucket that will keep me from going very high because of the foreclosure and settlement, however I am wondering if others who have been through similar situations such as this can tell me what  I might be able to expect in the next year or two if we continue to pay everything on time, keep UTIL down and let time pass.  Do you think it is possible that we could see all three hit 720, or is likely that the bucket we are in will not allow that, no matter how much we behave in the next year or two.

I know nothing can change what a manual review will show, but would love to have all three scores show north of 720, if possible.  Could this even be possible at say the 3-4 year mark (which would be 1 to 2 years from now) after a foreclosure and CC settlement?

Thank you again to all!!

Thank you so much!  I am so pleased, but also admit that I am a bit surprised that it is even possible after such an ugly period of time.  Time really does cure wounds when it comes to credit profiles.

In regard to "nothing else negative pops up", amen to that!  I am not aware of anything that would or could, but in this game it seems like almost anything is possible.

Thank you again, gdale6.  You are have been a real blessing through this process!
