My wife recently (3 months ago) "settled for less" on a GEMB Care Credit account she had (If only I would have read this forum beforehand, I would have stopped her and sent a PFD letter). Anyway, the account is listed as a collection acct on her report that was paid for less, and she has a bunch of lates (12 to be exact). I'm curious what my chances are of getting them to remove these lates because it's killing her credit and we can't get approved for a mortgage! Any info is appreciated.
