Hi,
In 2010, ran into some financial trouble, started slow/low paying our mortgage. Eventually the company, Ocwen completed a loan mod, but during that time, account was reported 120+ days late -- from Oct 2010 to March 2012. Its been Paid as agreed since then, so Its good from 2007-2010, BAD for 16 months, then good again 2012-2014.
I am thinking about sending a GW letter to Ocwen to see if they might change that to NR? I am not sure how Goodwill works. I am also slightly afraid if I sent a GW letter, they might remove the entire tradeline O_O. I am hoping someone on here might have had some kind of interaction with Ocwen. Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

I used to work for Ocwen. If you want to get anywhere with them do not bother with customer service. Bug the crap out of the executive office.
Unfortunately I do not have current contacts but you can find most of them here: https://www.hisadvocates.org/blog/ocwen-ceo-andamp-executive-contacts I would email Ronald Faris as he is the current CEO of Ocwen and go from there. Good luck
My gosh, I feel bad for you having been employed by them. Have you seen their BBB grade? Is their CEO in India too? Thanks for the info
I was a modification specialist for a subsidiary of Barclays which sold my company to Ocwen who then outsourced everyones job to India.....Ocwen is horrible inside and out
MrSolis~ sent you a pm!
