What should I do about Portfolio Recovery? I hear that they are hard to deal with. I called them the other day and I found out that they obtained two of my accounts.
One is an old Capital One charge off from 2012 for $500 and the other is from last year, an old Suntrust account that I had with someone that they overdrew for $366.
The only account Portfolio is reporting is the Capital One account which is outside of my states(NC) statue of limitations.
Any advice on how I should approach this? Please help.
