Any advise on pfd quickly?

We have applied for a mortgag and the LO is having me pay off a couple collections.  I know I have to pay them but it would be nice to get them deleted at the same time.  I tried paying TMobile but they said I have to go through Amsher.  I have had sucess with PFD and DV's in the past but I do not have time for that at the moment.  Any advise?

I have scoured the board but not clear as to the best way to handle it.  Thought I'd just pay Sprint if I can and see if they will pull back from ERC.  Not sure about best way to approach Amsher.  Thank you so much for your input!

ERC will delete it after you pay but they will not tell you out right.  Just settle with them and tell them you want it remove.

If possible, I'd get it in some sort of writing to make sure they follow through, as they are not obligated to do this.....just to cover your end of it.
