Any luck with GW Citizens Bank Auto?

I tried calling today to remove some negative info on my old car loan and had no luck. They said my account is archived and they can't/won't do anything to help.

Baddies from 2008, but it was paid in full in 2011.

Anyone have any luck with a similar situation with Citizens bank? If so, who did you talk to?
