Wait them out and keep checking your reports - I wouldn't contact Tmobile at this point or offer them payment. You might want to keep this in mind as ammunition:

Don't be in a rush, you may end up paying money you need not pay and/or slow down the whole process.
Hmm.. I just checked credit karma report and under remarks it says: "Account information disputed by consumer, meets FCRA requirements".
Could someone explain me what it means? If it's disputed, why does it still show up?
Btw.. still no email, nothing from them.
