Any reason to vacate a PAID judgment that has fallen off credit report??

I had a judment in IL from 2007 that had fallen off my credit reports earlier this year due to the 7 year reporting period ending.

This judgment was recently paid off in full and the company's attorney has already filed the satisfaction and release of judgment with the court.

Is there any reason why I would need to file a motion to vacate the judgment?   Or since it is satisfied and released, will it just no longer show up on a mortgage loan application (or any other loan app)?

Thanks!

If its fallen off already, and you have a letter of satisfaction, there's no point in doing anything else. Just make sure you keep the letter.

According to the clerk website, it looks like once the satisfaction and release order was approved by the court, it automatically vacated the judgment and dismiised the case.  SWEET!!
