I was trying to get an updated EX score on here because Ive had a big drop in util and a few new acounts.
Im not able to pull a new report her becuase my EX is frozen. I do have a pin number? Is there any way to pull it without lifting the freeze?
You can do a temporary freeze, (when you go to unfreeze your report WITH YOUR PIN you can specify the dates that you want to have it unfrozen). or you can permanently unfreeze it with your pin.
