Bud Hibbs has them rated as [1]: New (insufficient information)  or law-abiding agency that we believe follows the FDCPA and has appropriate bonds or licenses.

How does one get notified that quick when someone does a pull on their credit report?

I am sent an email from TU or EQ regarding any changes to my credit files. I pay for the monitoring service.

I noticed the soft pull because the Experian report I purchased lets you see updated reports until it expires which is after a month i think.
