My dh had a wachovie account that was overdrawn, it was sent to rjm ca. We did a pfd w/rjm for a partial balance & it has since been removed. Does anyone have any idea how I would contact Wachovia to attempt a goodwill to remove the write off & has anyone had any success doing this?
