Anyone ever have luck with GW to Verizon for PAID collection?

Hey all.

 

I have 1 last baddie.  Its Verizon that I paid in full and is showing a 0 balance.  Curious if anyone ever had luck with GW to verizon for a PAID in full account?

Starting FICO August 12: EQ: 431 - EX: 490 - TU: 460
Current FICO December 13: EQ: 590 - EX: 621 - TU: 620
**Lender Pull November 2: EQ: 573 - EX: 597 - TU: 611

And also is there any credit score effect of a CLI?  Beyond the utilization aspect due to added available money.
