Good for you! Don't apply for credit that you don't need or cant use! Many rebuilders make that mistake.
TJX is a GE backed card. My store cards backed by GE (JCP, Amazon, Wally) were approved with scores in the low 600s. They pull TU, so hopefully that's one of your better CRs.
