Anyone had luck with Goodwill with LJ Ross?

In June, I had paid 5 medical collections, each between 30 and 105 dollars to LJ Ross Collection Agency prior to finding this site. For the last couple of months I've been sending them goodwill letters asking for deletions with no result. Actually, I'm getting no response at all. Would it be good for me to contact them to ask, or just keep sending letters monthly?

No luck. And these 5 are my only collections. Very frustrating.

If you know who the OCs are call them and see if they can exert some influence on their collector to delete the TL, if this isnt possible then I would continue GW letters directly to the office of the CEO of the CA at a rate of at least one every few months. Good luck

I couldn't get them to delete mine. I ended up taking a discount instead. Luckly mine are dropping off soon.

FINALLY had GW success with LJ Ross. Found the president's email address online and emailed him on Friday. When I checked my reports on Tuesday the paid collection was deleted! EX score increased 35 points!
