Anyone had success Good Willing lates w/ Santander Consumer????

Hello everyone,

Has anyone had success getting lates removed with Santander?  I sent a good will letter (to their PO Box) and email to the office of the president and got no response.  Any help would be much appreciated!!

If they are accurate lates, I haven't read where they've given GW adjustments.  Their mistake? I've seen a few people here with success.

I have a few I'd love to gw away, but they are accurate, doubt those will go anywhere. :/

Some of them, yes are accurate.  However, two lates this past summer are not.  I also noticed on my credit reports that almost all of the lates aren't consistent for all 3 burueas.  Some lates are reported to one agency (other two are ok) and then 2 agencies will show lates (and the other wouldn't).  That seems a little odd to me.

I have the exact same prob.  Reporting 6/5/4 depending on the cb.  I would call their credit reporting dept and discuss those 2 from last summer.

The simple fact that I've paid them 1000's of dollars in interest should be enough for them to be like, "you know what, you're right". Having them as my note holder has def taught me how important credit really is.
