Anyone have I.C. Systems contact info for GW?

Was late on a dental bill due to having tons of more important medical bills to pay (have cancer).  Trying to figure out if and how to go about asking IC Systems to remove the only "collection" listed on my entire report :-( If you anyone has that contact info or success stories, please please please let me know!
