I only have two mailing addresses for them (below). I do not have an email address. I don't trust sending emails to any CA's or CRA's. I mail all correspondence certified mail and return receipt requested so that I have proof of when they received my letter, and, therefore, I can monitor the 30-day timeline.
Be careful with Midland; they try to be very slippery and shirk their responsibilities. You have to "hold their feet to the fire" and keep them on track.
