I have one 30-day late on a joint auto loan that my ex and I had on his Jeep. The loan has since been refinanced into his name but that 30-day is still haunting me. I'm certainly willing to try but I wasn't sure if anyone knew where to start or had ever tried to work for them. Part of me would like to believe that since they're a veteran based and veteran serving organization that they'd be easier to work with but reality tells me that's probably not the case.
