Anyone have good luck with a GW letter to HSBC?

I have an older guitar center card with 3 (30) day lates on it.

I called the exec. HSBC line today, and they said they do not provide GW assistance.

Has anyone had any luck with them before?

Nope. I've been sending then GW emails and letters since January, that's seven months and they refuse to help. BTW, isn't your Guitar Center card under CapOne now?
