IME and what I've read - AFNI will deny a PFD request. But if you keep pushing it, they will treat it like a DV, it seems, and delete it if they are wrong in any way. They did this to me by deleting an account I still owed on, I thought it was the craziest thing. But I recently read another post about this happening to someone else. Just keeping calling ( but call from different phones or you will get the same CSR) and write letters. Their email has worked for some, didn't for me.
