Anyone experiencing success with NCS?

My rep who apparently is assigned to my case(paid 06/15) is extremely rude and condescending. I'd like to know if there is anyone that has been able to get this deleted from their credit report.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the board  As the thread you posted this in was more than a year old I have created your own thread for you on this. I changed the title and left everything else intact.

NCS came after me for a collection that was not mine. I disputed with them for months without resolution. I filed a complaint with the CFPB and went back to the source to finally have it removed. If it is a collection that is not yours, that was my path. I am not certain this helps... Good Luck!
