My wife has them on her reports from 2009. They have been sending letters for settlement offers but they have been ignored. Anyone know what kind of settlements these guys do? Is it even worthwhile?
I heard BOA never does PFD which is why these letters have been ignored so far. However I feel that the charged off balance is affecting her Util
