Anyone with experience with Capital One's Exec Cust Service dept? Any success stories?

Hello,

I have a couple late pays from a Capital One account and anytime I've ever tried to send in or fax a GW, it gets denied. I've noticed that alot of people were having good success with emailing Chase's executive cust service and was just wondering if anyone had success with them or any experience. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
