Anything I can do to help my process?

Short story is had credit card issues a few years ago.  All active collevtions have been paid, mostly settled(didnt know about pay for delete or anything either).  I am wondering if there is anything i can do to help.  I was surprised when i ran it on here that some status were still 120 days past due, when they have been paid for years, shouldnt their status be paid?

Any thoughts or advice?  I want to get a home loan because i can afford it now, but this credit thing is killing me.

Account status refers to how the account was paid... (ie...paid as agreed,pays 30days late,pays 60days late,etc.)

It will show the most serious delinquency.

Since lates drop off your CR, at the 7 year mark.

Account status will only report the last 7 yrs, from today's date. So over time the 120day late, will change to the next most serious delinquency, that is reported on your CR.

So some good news, sometimes a neg account can turn into an account reporting positively.Hope this helps
