Re: Applied Bank GW Success!!

Thank You for the address. I sent a GW to Applied Bank on Nov-15, yesterday I received a letter from them stating my account information was valid and I did settle the account but that they would give me a curtesy deletion on my Experian and Transunion CR. Said it would take 30-60 days but it's already off both reports. :smileylol:

Re: Applied Bank GW Success!!

I think I got the same deal with Applied Bank.  However I had to deal with the CA that was handling the CO.  Even though the amount was still reporting with the OC, they, Applied Bank kept referring me to the CA.  Well I negotiated with them and got  PFD letter from both the CA and OC.  Too bad it takes 30-60 days for the delete.

On a side note, my current scores are EQ 635, TU 650, EX 661, I just did a lender pull yesterday to start my mortgage shopping and they were EQ 635, TU 677, EX 641.  Seems that TU reports higher and EX reports lower.

MyFICO Pulled: (11/28/2012) EQ 635, TU 650, EX 661
Lender Pulled: (12/05/2012) EQ 635, TU 677, EX 641
Lender Pulled: (02/20/2013) EQ 667, TU 661, EX 648
MyFICO Pulled: (05/30/2013) EQ 712, TU 685, EX 686

Finally Hit the 700's as of 06/05/2013!!!
