Thank you!!! I honestly don't know what our lender pulls were this time. When our lender pulled our scores in March, we met in her office, however this time I just shot her an email asking her to run them again. She did mention that our median score was 663, and of course they go with the LOWEST median score between spouses. I will ask her and post here once I find out!

As for me, nothing to report yet. I did not hear from my lender on Friday, hopefully I'll get a status, at minimum, on Monday.

Good luck, Nativenyer! Yes, so you have your FHA mid score. I don't know if the program you will be using has further UW criteria. When do you find out? As for me, I also will be trying to qualify for a downpayment assistance program. It primarily utilizes FHA UW standards, but there may be some quirks specific to the program. I'll find out soon. Let us know when you get an answer or status on yours!!

ajsgurl0805 - Sorry for the delay, I just received the disclosure info from our bank today. The lender pulls were EQ 662, EX 663 and TU 673 (me), EQ 648, EX 666, and TU 647 (husband).
