Approval!!

Just wanted to make a quick post! Yay, I was approved for a Crown Jewelers card! I know its not hard to get but I am so excited that I will finally have something POSITIVE reporting on my credit report! Thank you all on this board, you have all been so helpful, and to everyone who is feeling a bit down, we have all been there! There is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Re: Approval!!

Though its not hard to get, its better to have it than not. There's got to be a starting point somewhere, especially when there's only baddies on the CR.
Congrats!!!

Re: Approval!!

I am paying off my other CC's  and going to use this as my account with balance since

I'll never make a purchase over 150 anyway which will help with Util.

Re: Approval!!

Congratulations Candice!  I was approved for $1,500.00 from Crown Jewelers in May, 2008.  I purchased a watch for $115 and made a payment in July.

When my new statement printed, they upped my credit limit to $2,500.00.  The only drawback to Crown Jewelers is that they don't report to Equifax.  Otherwise, it's a good deal for rebuilding credit.
