Approved for Unsecured Capital One !!!!

I am so excited that i was apporved for another Capital One CC.  I just got one in November.  The crazy thing is my scores went down form the last lender pulled report on 12/18/12.

Current Score:
02/22/13 EQ 562 EX ??? TU 570. 03/01/13 EQ 571 EX ??? TU 609
Goal Score: 650

did you use the Pre-approval section or did you just apply for it?
