Are CAs watching?

People provide some pretty detailed information on these forums. Do you think there's any chance collection agencies or original creditors are monitoring the boards? The have a pretty large presence online, especially when Googling credit issues.

I hope they do! I want them to know how hard we are trying to make things right and get our credit back. I know I'll never let my credit go again! Perhaps they'll realize that and allow a pfd!

Yeah, I really do hope they are (especially Midland!!). Then maybe they'll stop trying to do things that aren't legally allowed and realize people are willing to assert their rights and have more information available to them so they can't take advantage of a debtor's ignorance anymore.
