I am coming across that more and more judges are construing credit card accounts to be written accounts rather than open accounts. Are there any case laws, laws etc to eastablish the same. Can a judge simply use his discretion in this matter?
This's become an isssue; ascertaining that the SOL is up that is. Anybodys got any experience w.r.t Alabama?
