Are there any more things,and or work i can do to get score's to the 700's

I have 5 open TL's and want to get some more mileage out of my score I guess I would say here is what I have and want some advice

Military star card 5,200,00 limit 0 balance   age 8 yr

best buy rz mc 320.00 limit 198.69 balance age 1yr 5mo

capitol one w/CS  200.00 limit 28.00 balance age 0 yr

Exxon/Mobil 200.00 limit 0 balance age 0 yr

target red card 200.00 0 balance age 0 yr

ABOUT 4% current UT

Current AAoA 2 yr

My current Fico/score 648 TU report shows 2 baddies

1 Paid,charge Off First Premier 0 balance

9 lates on my military start card last one was 1yr 1mo ago

My current Fico/score 587 EQ report shows 3 baddies

1 collection due to come off due to goodwill from OC/ currently disputing to get it off faster 

1 Paid,charge Off First Premier 0 balance

Should I just GW the life out of aafes/military star card and first premier ? And is there anything else I can do to get my scores to go up besides GW them and letting my TL's age I want to at least be in the 700's before I Deploy  for overseas in 10 months be gone from home for a year just a goal I am shooting for. I am not getting a house or new credit till i get back home. i want to work at this now so i don't have to do it in the sandbox. Thank You

Well, time heals all wounds.  And it may be that your time of deployment is part of the time.

You can GW, but this may not result in a change.  You may just have to wait it out....

 If I'm not mistaken, I believe utilization is factored cumulative AND per account, not just cumulative alone. You said 4% util, but your Best Buy MC is showing 62% util. If you got that down under 30%, or best of all, at about 7%, you'd likely milk some points for that. People in the 760+ category shows 7% util on average, so you want to mirror that. Over 30-35% util and you're getting nailed for sure.

Also, the cards with $0 balances aren't helping you. You don't get points for what appear to be inactive cards. My only CC is actually a store finance card (IKEA) and I haven't used it in almost a year. My reports always say that my lack of credit use is a negative factor. They still report the $0 every month, so the DOLA is always current, but it's the $0 that giving off that message from what I see. Of course, when I use it, I lose 5-8 pts for a few months due to sudden activity on an inactive acct. I guess charging that $5.00 bad of tea candles makes me "riskier" I guess!

I just emailed AAFES/ECP my GW on 2 lates I had on the STAR card 2 years ago and they removed them in about 3 days.

i know my best buy is high as standalone UT but is is down from a high 310.00  i have used the other cards i just Pif last month right now all 0 balance i am slowly paying on capone since i am in credit steps and have to have a few months of good payments to get the CLI's i think from what i  read here it will max out at 750.00 depends on you starting cl

Well good news tonight I am doing a little jig, I decided to check my EX PCR and all 9 of my lates were removed from my AAFES ECP/military star card hope to see the update on TU and EQ soon then all I will have is one single baddie left the First premier CO man I am really not liking the fact that they do not like to help anyone as far as I can tell so shaking off the first denial letter and going to try to put in the hard fight till they relent First premier here I come hitting the print button as I type LOL
