Are these scores accurate to lenders?

My lender pulled my credit a month ago and said my scores were not high enough and that they needed to be atleast 620 to qualify for a mortgage. So I purchased all three scores from myfico.com and my equifax says 598 transunion 622 and experian 632. Is it safe for me to reapply for a mortgage now? Are these scores accurate to lenders?

Re: Are these scores accurate to lenders?

They are accurate for lenders that pull the FICO score models that are sold here on My Fico. There are different models of FICO, 98, 04, 08 and each one of them has 49 different models. For a mortage they would most likely use a Mortgage Enhanced model from one of the main year models,
