Hi everybody,
I had a secured visa with Academy Bank. I couldn't pay the card so I defaulted and they took the deposit. I owed them $77 which I payed back on 3/2015.
After looking at my reports, it has been reporing as still owed. I called AB last week, lady on the phone said it was payed off and she would update the reports.
I received a letter stating the balance was paid but no word on deletion.
Now the weird part:
My report shows both Academy and Armed forces. The funny thing is that I opened that card in 2014 and it says it was discharged with my BK from 2013.....how ia that possible???
