Ok, get this.. No DV reply. No dunning received from initial (today is 5th business day).. I just got a call from the same phone number robo-dialer, with a message from another "firm," Huttleston & Huttleston... Convenient, huh?

Yeah, I'm a fib. Think it's funny as hell that they're shirking fdcpa, but my caller id places two different Ca's under the same phone number... Violation two... $2 k.. Lol.

I seriously doubt you will get served.  Those CAs that act the "legal part", are just trying too hard.
