Authorized user removal...still showing

I've been rebuilding my credit by getting my utilization down on cc. One credit card discover which carried a high balance I was listed as an authorized user so I called to have them remove me from the account but it's still showing on my credit report with the high balance and in my utilization %. But it was last reported in Sept 2013, therefore it's still showing the balance at the time I was listed on it. How can I get this off my credit report totally.

Have you had the owner of the account contact the CCC?

Does it say anything like relationship terminated?

Yes it says account terminated... I contacted them back in September and it's still showing that balance at a stand still from September.

You need to contact the CRAs and dispute the account as not yours. The entire TL will then be removed
