Auto Repo

I have an auto loan from Santander that was repo'd in 2010.  The account was sold and a deficient balance was left.  Santander is still reporting this account on my EX report and it still shows the same balance as the time the account was opened.  I have disputed with CRA, sent direct dispute to  OC.  What would my next step be?  And the errouneous balance reporting grounds for a deletion?

Re: Auto Repo

If they know it is incorrect and do not correct it, your next step would be a civil suit for willfull noncompliance.

Stantander is a horrible company to have to deal with.
