Just applied for my wife (534 scores and only three medical collections on her report) and she got the 7-10 day message. Now we wait.

I had a friend apply that has had no credit cards before. Student Loan Garnishments, payday loan collections, and medical collections. None paid really. Scores in the mid to high 400s and she was instantly approved. When I apped (mid 500s) I got the 7-10 day message, 5-6 days later I got my approval email.
I have a Capitol One CO. Guess there is no hope for me. :x I did settle with the company they sold to for 50% but doubt that helped me at all.
They're THE most forgiving CC out there. Give it a try
I just applied and was approved! I've been trying to rehab my credit scores and this will certainly help! Thank you, OP!

They are possibly the most forgiving CC company I have ever encountered. This is my THIRD time with them, last two times didn't end well. I do not have the COs on my reports though. Although I know several people that got approved with a capital one CO on their reports, I believe it has to be over a year old to be considered for any Cap One CC.
So, should I go for it? I currently have two Merricks with total CL of the big $1850 and a $400 Fingerhut. Is it worth the credit inquiries to get a $100 CL that will not report for months? :/
