B of A and small claims

Hey all,

Any one want to chime in on this.  Last year I sued B of A for reasons that involved the credit card protection.  I took them to small claims.  The person they sent to represent them told the mediator the she was a 'Litigation Specialist'.

I just found out that litigation specialist are barred by law to represent a client in any capacity.  Thae fact she came to a small claims case is doubly bad for them.

You cannot have legal representation in small claims.

Guess who is going back to court?

Those stipulations would depend on your state laws and the court you filed suit in.
