BANK OF AMERICA LAWSUIT- ATTORNEY NEEDED, PLEASE HELP!

I am being used for my $11,000.00 credit card debt from BOA. I was sued by CACH,LLC. I responded to their law suit before they could garnish my wages and now I have trial early next year. Does anyone know of a good lawyer in Los Angeles, that could represent me on my trial date or give me some advice on how to proceed?

Well, the obvious questions are - how old is the debt, and is it legitimately yours? If you lost, how would bad of a position would you be in for repaying it? Being sued does not necessarily automatically equal garnishment. That is a separate court hearing that comes later and they must show that you are not making a good faith effort to repay in order to get it.
