The information and feedback that I have recieved from Myfico has been invaluable. I had an old collection account remaining just on my Equifax report that the agency refused to delete. The account was deleted from Trainsunion and Experian due to an early exclusion request. However, Equifax refused to budge. Calvary collection agency brought the account which totaled $4,056. I contacted Calvary in an effort to arrange a settlement agreemnet. The account was due to fall off in December. After recieivng a creepy call from a bottom feeder collection company (Dynamic) who was now trying to collect on Calvary's behalf I decided to contact the BBB.
After filing a BBB compliant online the account was deleted from the remaining credit report it was still on. I am so HAPPY! Thank you, to the board contributors.
