BBVA Compass email for GW

I need help please?

I sent 2 GW to BBVA compass for 3 30 days late on my auto loan and still no reponse. I'm trying to find email address or fax numbers that I can sent letters to. I tried google and it wasn't much help. Any help is greatly appreciates it.

Starting Score: 2/22/12: EQ 530, TU 553, EX 528(lender). 12/4/12 (rebuilding starts)= EQ 599.
Current Score: 3/2/2013: EQ 705, TU FICO 702, EX 699(CU pulled).
Goal Score: 750 all across.
