Why is it when I pull my CR's the BK shows, but when I applied for a loan thru my CU, it didn't show on their end when they pulled from EX? Same thing happened at Toyota.

Are you sure that it is showing on all 3 CR  to begin with?

I have a forclosure that only shows on TU

Yep, all 3. I got the BK in Nov 2000, but it was on my CR's just a couple of weeks ago.

Does your foreclosure show in public records, or just as an RF?

Hmmm....I diputed through EX April 22. Today I received mail from them with the contents of my CR, but nothing listed of my dispute status. It says "Other Items Disputed are not currently displaying on your personal credit report". I didn't dispute all items, but everything is gone except for my pre-consolidation student loans. The BK is gone too. This is so weird. I mean, I have credit cards is great standing and they are gone. The midland that was listed twice is gone (but, i disputed and said please remove one). I don't understand why everything is gone??
