I'm about to lose my mind dealing with BOA. I quit sending them GW's for removal... They have no heart!!! I have now settled to blatantly HARRASSING them to get 3 lates they've posted to my credit. The account charged off on 10/18/2008 but they have put lates on my CR's for 09/10, 01/11 & 04/11 which is making me crazy because they know that's incorrect especially since the debt has been PAID!!!! 
I don't know what to do now. I sent 18 letters to different names & addresses but no one has responded. What do I do next???? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

At times I get soooo frustrated with them I could just go postal!!! & Unfortunately the only thing I get from the CRA's is BS on how BOA is the only one that can update the incorrect info even though I've faxed them letters from BOA execs showing the C/O date & pointing out the discrepencies in the way they're reporting.
Argue the incorrect information with the CRA. Like a PP said, it has to be corrected or deleted. I've sent many unsuccessful letters to BoA in the past - but if you are correct, they will have to fix what is being reported.

After fighting every day with EQ they decided to delete 3 lates that were incorrectly being reported on 09/10, 01/11 & 04/11..... Tears of JOY came running down my face!!!!!!! Thanks guys for ur help & for having my back!!!!

**** CORRECTION ON MY LAST UPDATE!!!!!!!! ****
I pulled EQ to check on what they deleted & it looked as though they had only deleted 01/11 & 04/11 NOT 09/10 SOOOOOO I called them back to have them correct that one too & the gentleman noticed that they were reporting a late on 12/08 which was incorrect since the charge off was 10/08 & he went ahead & put in a request to delete that one too & to reflect that it's a PAID charge off!!!!!!!
That's a total of 4 lates 12/08, 09/10, 01/11 & 04/11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
