Bad Check Collection Payliance pay off??

two checks in the amount of 57 and 50.  Tried PFD but don't have specific contacts does anyone on this forum have any information on this company or success stories?

Also at what point should I just pay them off and how much will this hurt my score right away?

I'm looking for that info as well. Has anyone had success with a PFD with Payliance?
