I am now trying to remove a couple of 30-day lates and one 30-60 late from my Banana Republic credit card. I have tried to send a letter via Planetfeedback, but I got an answer that GE Money bank handles their credit card business and they cannot do anything. Then I called GE Money over several days and I always got the answer that they don't do goodwill removal of late payments.
Has anybody had any success with Banana Republic goodwill? If yes, could you please share either the phone number you called or the address you sent the goodwill letter to.
