Anybody have a contact for bank of america to get a 30 day late mortgage payment removed? I contacted the CEO's office of bank of america but they wouldn't do anything about it. Any other ideas?
Try the head of the mortgage division, I dont have the info on who it is.

Thanks gdale6! Thats a great idea. Prob should have started there before the EO. I'll post if I can get it removed
