I have a charge off on my Bank of America Credit account form 2007. Equifax has "verified" all the information listed.
I called BOA to get statements and no one will speak about the account. They told me it was being handled by NFO, which by reading online, are major pains.
NFO is NOT reporting on my credit report, just BOA and it says nothing about NFO anywhere.
Do I contact NFO to get the deliq. amount verified? They have never contacted me and I dont want them to start.
