Yes, I have 2 paid collections, 1 with West Asset and the other with JJ Marshall! The interest rate is 5.25 for my score now which is why I am shooting for at least 700.

Who at the Co were you writing to?

I have the President's email address for JJ Marshall but I never get a response, so I've just been faxing and mailing the letters to the company. As far as West Asset I do not have an email address for anyone, however I've been sending letters to the headquarters in Atlanta and to the address on my report which is in Texas.
